About the role
Do you have the ability to support children with a variety of needs, enabling a positive lunchtime experience? If so, we are looking for a part-time experienced Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our hardworking and friendly team.
The role will involve working as a Midday Supervisory Assistant. This post involves engaging in play with the children, supporting children's behaviour outside and making sure that the children's lunchtime play is safe, fun and purposeful. The role involves supervising activities and maintaining the health, safety, welfare, good conduct and safeguarding of pupils during the midday break, having regard to special or additional needs. We are looking for someone who is able to have a genuine interest in our pupil’s wellbeing and build a positive and respectful rapport with all children.
We are committed to developing all our staff and provide a range of training on-site as well as supporting staff to attend courses.

The applicant will be required to work from 11.45am-1.15pm term-time only. This position is a part-time post. We welcome all suitable applicants with the necessary skills and experience.
