About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced SENCo to join our team ideally from 2nd June 2025 on a maternity leave contract. Hours are 0.6 a week, flexible on days and timings.
All classes are supported by experienced, dedicated Teaching Assistants or Early Years Practitioners and Strathmore benefits from an enthusiastic, friendly and supportive staff team.
Our staff provide creative learning environments to enhance children’s learning, including the use of the school’s extensive grounds for outdoor learning and forest school sessions. Staff are encouraged to share and develop their ideas and there is an emphasis on CPD at all levels.
