About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work in this outstanding and expanding special school. You will need to be willing to learn, able to work in a team and have a passion for helping children progress.The role involves working in one to one and small group situations. Our pupils have severe learning difficulties, autism and complex needs, this requires a special kind of person who is willing to go the extra mile. The environment is fun, fast paced and challenging. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as we provide bespoke training.
