About Us
High Beeches is a vibrant two-form entry primary school, situated on the eastern side of Harpenden. We are highly aspirational for our pupils and our distinctive and challenging, creative curriculum enables our pupils to make very good progress. Our well-established school values are central to the school’s work. Our pupils are highly engaged and their families are supportive and involved in their children's learning and development.
All of our staff say they would recommend High Beeches as a place to work! We prioritise pupil and staff wellbeing and have a stable and friendly staff team and a collaborative working ethos, where professional development is supported and rewarded. This was recognised in our recent OFSTED inspection (June 2023), when we were awarded an ‘outstanding’ judgment for the second time.
We expect you to share our commitment to safeguarding and to promoting the welfare of our children.
