About the role
We are looking for an inspirational, committed and enthusiastic teacher to join our dedicated, supportive and friendly team for maternity cover from January 2025.
We are proud of our wonderful village school, where the staff are passionate about providing the best outcomes for all children through offering a broad and balanced curriculum and most importantly our children are excited to come to school. Our Ofsted report from December 2022 highlighted and reinforced some of the many aspects of our school that we celebrate.
At Hertford Heath Primary and Nursery School we have a happy and caring staff team. We take the wellbeing of our staff seriously and offer a supportive and dynamic working environment. We have an excellent reputation within the local community and are proud of our polite, focused and well-behaved children. Our parents are supportive and engaged in school life and we are proud of our hard working and successful PTA. Our bright classrooms and beautiful grounds support our children in enjoying an interesting and engaging curriculum. We value extra-curricular learning and our offer is broad. Our children not only achieve well but they enjoy a full curriculum which includes competing in a range of inter-school sporting events and a variety of exciting school trips as well as ‘in-school’ workshops. As a one-form entry school our teachers enjoy working together in Key Stages and collaborate on curriculum and curriculum enhancement projects and activities.
