About the role
At Redbourn Primary School our aspiration is to support everyone to embrace best practice and develop their teaching skills, whilst motivating learners.
We are looking to appoint a part time teacher to join our team in either Year 2 or Year 4, someone who loves teaching, learning new things and wants to make a difference. We are looking for a teacher for one day per week on a Friday (0.2FTE) from 1st September 2024. This position is offered as a fixed term contract for one year.
We are a positive and well-motivated team and the children are at the heart of all we do. You must be passionate about enabling children to achieve their true potential.
We can offer:
- A two form of entry school with a strong and supportive staff team of 60.
- 400 happy children who enjoy learning from Nursey to Year 6, demonstrating positive attitudes to learning with their behaviour.
- An inclusive school, with strong community links.
- TAs and LSAs to support children's learning.
- Specialist Music and PE teaching.
