KS1&2 SEND/1:1 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our dedicated team and support children with additional needs in Key Stage 1 and 2. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

About the Role
This is a part-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday afternoons (salary pro-rata) and will include an MSA duty (12pm - 1:15pm) and/or an After School Club Duty (3:20 - 6pm). Some flexibility in working hours may be considered for the right candidate. Additional hours may also be available to cover sickness.

The role is class-based and will involve:

  • Providing 1:1 support to children with additional needs
  • Supporting small groups and the whole class as needed
  • Midday Supervisor duty

           and/or 

  • Supervising and supporting activities at our After School Club, where children enjoy a meal, snack, and a variety of fun activities.

While experience is desirable, it is not essential. We value enthusiasm, dedication, and a commitment to fostering children’s growth above all else.
