Hours: 37 hrs per week

Contract: Permanent full year (52 weeks)

Actual salary: £24,582 to £25,808 per annum including Fringe

Start Date: October 2024 or sooner

Samuel Ryder Academy is seeking an enthusiastic IT/Media Support Technician to join the team.

The purpose of the role is to provide first line media and technical support, including:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving user (staff and student) problems
  • Support the schools 1-1 iPad device program and participate in its Regional Training Centre events.
  • Basic hardware/software issues
  • Undertaking specific maintenance and update tasks on the school’s network to support teaching and learning

This position is an ideal first step or developmental role for a career in IT.

A professional dress code is expected.
