Salary/Grade: M1 £40,221-£44,428 pro rata (actual salary £26,261-£29,008) – pay rise pending

Hours: Part Time (27.5 hrs/wk, 40 wks/yr)

Start date: December 2024

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our school team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a high quality and efficient HR service which provides day to day support for the school in key areas such as employee relations, absence management and HR policy guidance. With a solid understanding of HR principles, you will build positive relationships with stakeholders and provide effective HR advice and support to enhance strategic leadership within the school.
