Hobletts Manor Infants’ and Nursery School is a thriving, inclusive school with a warm, welcoming ethos and a proud motto: “Achievement for All.” We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Headteacher, following the retirement of our long-standing, highly respected Headteacher.
Our school is at the heart of the local community, nurturing children aged 3–7 to develop a love of learning and achieve their full potential. With a dedicated team, strong parent partnerships, and a creative curriculum that includes Forest School principles, Hobletts Manor provides a happy, inclusive environment for all pupils.

At Hobletts Manor, we take pride in our close-knit community, with strong partnerships between staff, parents, and governors. Our dedicated teaching team is passionate about creating a positive and stimulating environment where children feel happy, safe, and motivated to learn. We also embrace outdoor learning through our Forest School principles, helping children develop key life skills and a sense of responsibility for the environment.
We are proud to be rated “Good” by Ofsted (June 2023) and continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of school life, ensuring that our pupils leave us confident, curious, and well-prepared for the next stage of their education.
We are looking for a Headteacher who:
- Is an enthusiastic and visionary leader, committed to our ethos of inclusivity and “Achievement for All”
- Has a passion for high-quality teaching and learning, inspiring both staff and pupils
- Will foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community
- Is forward-thinking, bringing fresh ideas and a desire for continuous school improvement
- Is a strong advocate for staff and pupil well-being
