About the role
Are you an experienced and dynamic leader ready to shape the future of an inspiring primary school? At Lodge Farm Primary School, we believe that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and happy – with these foundations in place, their learning potential is limitless. We work closely with families and local organisations to ensure every child’s journey is full of opportunity and joy.

As Headteacher, you will:
- Inspire and lead with a clear, strategic vision, driving continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with staff, pupils, and the wider community.
- Champion inclusivity, supporting every child to achieve their best.
- You’ll receive a competitive salary (L17 – L24), plus support from a dedicated team and engaged governors.

If you're ready to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.
