About the role:

Hobletts Manor Infants’ and Nursery School is a thriving, inclusive school that embraces a warm and welcoming vision and values: “Outstanding achievement for all. Happy and successful members of the community.” We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us, following the retirement of our well-respected Headteacher who has led our school for several years.

As the Headteacher of our school, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, shaping the experiences and futures of the staff and children in our care. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management, ensuring that our school's vision and values are upheld. You will lead our committed staff, foster strong relationships with parents and carers, and drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

  • Is an enthusiastic and visionary leader, committed to our ethos of inclusivity and “Achievement for all.”
  • Has a passion for high-quality teaching and learning, inspiring both staff and pupils.
  • Will foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community.
  • Is forward-thinking, bringing fresh ideas and a desire for continuous school improvement.
  • Is a strong advocate for staff and pupil wellbeing.

About our school:

Hobletts Manor Infants’ and Nursery School is a vibrant and inclusive learning community situated in Hemel Hempstead. We provide education for children aged 3 to 7 years, offering a safe and nurturing environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential. 

As a two-form entry school, we are proud of our “Good” rating by Ofsted (June 2023). We continually strive for excellence in every aspect of school life, ensuring our pupils leave us as happy and successful members of the community.
