About the role
Do you have a commitment to guiding and developing future generations in a school community grounded in Christian values? At St Michael’s Church of England Primary, we believe in “Life in all its fullness” (John 10:10) and are seeking a Headteacher who shares our dedication to inspiring young minds and nurturing their growth.
In this role, you will lead a school where children flourish academically, emotionally, and socially, all within a caring, inclusive environment. You’ll get the chance to work with a dedicated, experienced staff and a supportive Governing Body who share your vision for the school’s future. You will also have the opportunity to continue to develop our well-structured curriculum, which is built on Christian values of friendship, wisdom, perseverance, and respect.
You will take an active role in strengthening our positive relationships with families, the church, and the local community, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard. You will also be central to promoting the well-being of both pupils and staff, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive school ethos where all can thrive.
At St Michael’s, we can offer:
- A welcoming school with a positive Christian environment
- A dedicated and experienced staff team
- Well-behaved, enthusiastic children with a passion for learning
- Opportunities for continued professional development
- A clearly structured curriculum across all subjects
- A supportive, skilled Governing Body
If you're a dedicated and caring leader with a passion for Christian education, we'd love to hear from you.
