About the role
We are developing an academic culture at Barclay Academy where the highest standards are expected of staff and students. It is a dynamic school, where students and staff are exceptionally well supported.
Our recent OFSTED inspection result was good with outstanding features.
We seek to expand our team of Invigilators and require people who are team players and are responsible, reliable, calm and flexible. You will work under the guidance of the Examinations Officer to invigilate exams, set up exam rooms, supervise candidates, process exam papers, follow exam regulations and be vigilant at all times.
Mocks are scheduled for February/March 2025. The exam season is scheduled to run between early May and the end of June 2025.
Candidates will need to be flexible to attend on a casual basis and have good availability during examination periods. Full training will be provided.
Candidates will need to be available from 8am for morning exams and from 12.30pm for afternoon exams, some of which may not finish until 4pm or later.
