We are seeking dedicated and attentive Exams Invigilator’s to join our team. The role involves supervising internal and external examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations, and the instructions provided by the Exams Officer. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the examination process and facilitating a fair and secure exam environment for all candidates. 

The successful candidates will work as part of a pool of invigilators and will need to be reliable, punctual, highly flexible and able to work with secure materials in a confidential setting. Full training will be given to those appointed.  

You will be employed on a casual basis to supervise candidates taking exams, as necessary, throughout the school year, these usually fall within May and June – hours are variable depending upon the exam timetable. 

The working hours for this role can vary as exam environments have to be set up before the beginning of the school day and on occasions can sometimes continue after the school day has finished. Candidates may need to be supervised between exams. 

Set in the midst of Letchworth Garden City, St. Francis' College has been providing a first class education for girls for over 85 years, blending traditional values and a modern vision. Our Early Years provision is co-educational allowing for our youngest pupils to be educated together. At Reception age girls will move onto the Reception class while the boys will be prepared to successfully start their school years at a range of local schools.
