About the role
We are a small, friendly and supportive team at Little Munden and are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within our EYFS team.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in Early Years and holds NVQ Level 3 in Child Care Learning and Development or equivalent.
The post will be for between 16 and 21 hours per week and will be on the H2 scale depending on qualifications and experience.
Ideally, the successful candidate would have relevant experience but the most important skills are to be a conscientious and flexible team player, able to use your own initiative and willing to learn by attending training sessions.
The required hours are 8.30am to 12.30pm, Tuesday to Friday, with the possibility of an additional 2 afternoons per week. The position is term time only. The salary is paid, pro-rata of the range £22,737 to £23,500, depending on experience. The start date would be 4th September 2024, subject to the necessary checks and clearances.
