About the role
Busy Bees Marshalswick St Albans is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced early years practitioner to join our friendly team. If you are passionate about providing quality practice and care for children, we would love to hear from you.
We are an independant, Ofsted outstanding, preschool and nursery that operates 8.30 am to 3.00pm term time. Busy Bees is a wonderful place to work with an experienced well established team who put children and their families at the heart of everything we do.
Skills and requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent ( would consider level 2 working towards level 3)
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated team, sharing jobs and helping team members
- Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of all children
- Valid DBS check
- To be a key person to an allocated number of children
- To ensure confidentiality at all times
- To attend regular team meeting
- To ensure standards of health and safety are adhered to at all times
- To attend additional training as required.
When you express an interest in this job you will be invited into the setting for a tour and an interview.The position is for morning sessions.
The visits and interviews will take place in early September 2024. Candidates who are sucessful, have up to date paperwork and a valid DBS check will be able to start immediately.
