Early Years Practitioner - Level 3

About the role

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic person? Are you qualified and have experience of working with 2.5 - rising 5 year olds? We are seeking to appoint a dedicated level 3 keyperson to compliment our existing team. This position is permanent although we could offer a fixed term until July 2025 for the right candidate if preferred.

We are a small team of 5 operating the setting in the delightful village of Aston. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and will have effective communication skills for working with staff, children and their families. You will need to work well as a team as well as an individual.You will be responsible for a keygroup and ideally, you will have previous experience of being a keyperson and have previously worked with online journals. The successful candidate will work under direction of the Manager or Deputy.

We are offering 29 hours per week Term Time only. Morning sessions run from 9.15am - 12.15pm, with set up time from 8.50am and Afternoon sessions from 12.15pm - 3pm, with clear up time until 3.10pm. We only have a morning session on a Thursday and we finish at 1.30pm. We may be able to offer some flexibility and therefore hours and days may be able to be adjusted for the right candidate.
