About the role
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within our EYFS team. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in Early Years and holds NVQ Level 3 in Child Care Learning and Development or equivalent. The post will be up to 35 hours per week and will be on the H3 scale depending on qualifications and experience.
We are a happy and caring school where pupils are polite and welcoming. Our children engage well with their learning and enjoy the broad curriculum we offer including learning outside the classroom. Our fleet of minibuses ensures that we are able to provide an enriched curriculum through regular trips and visits. We also welcome a number of visitors and workshops across the year in a range of subjects.
Mental health and the wellbeing of our pupils and staff are important to us. Our leadership team, including our governors, work effectively together to develop many opportunities for the children, staff and the local community to come together through a range of projects and activities. They use their experience and expertise well in supporting the teaching and learning within the school.
