About the role

We would like to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our dedicated and professional Nursery Team from September 2024, initially on a fixed term contract until July 2025.

You will have excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be committed to ensuring that every child is supported to reach their full potential. We can offer wonderful children and a very supportive team. An appropriate level 2/3 Early Years Childcare Qualification is desirable along with a good sense of humour, an excellent work ethic and a flexible approach.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Nursery School and Pre-school that has been judged outstanding by Ofsted. Arlesdene is committed to developing the knowledge and skills of all their staff through coaching and professional development.

You will be working on a part time basis 20 hours per week, 38 weeks a year (term time only). Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm.
