About the role

We are looking to appoint a part time DofE Manager to lead the organisation of the school’s long established DofE programme. We are a directly Licensed Organisation and each year we have over 200 students taking part in the different levels of the award. The role is supported by a DofE Award Administrator and a dedicated team of 30 volunteers.

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and a desire to engage and motivate young people is also key.

Applicants should have experience of working in education and volunteer management. The Mountain Leader Summer Award or Hill and Moorland Leader qualification is desirable, but not essential.
