About the role
Apple Blossom Pre-School & Nursery are looking for a Deputy Manager or someone willing to train.
This person should be qualified to a minimum level 3 and committed to personal development.
This role would be suitable for a current hands on level 3 practitioner wishing to develop management skills, supervision of staff and parent partnership, supporting the manager with the smooth running of the group.
responsible for a small key group of children and overseeing staff in their key roles, carrying out visits with new parents, working with the manager to build this new group here in Braughing (10 mins from Buntingford, 15 minutes from Hertford.

Rate of pay would be depending on experience but between £12-13 per hour.
