Class Teacher - KS2

About the role

Our children are looking for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join our nurturing and friendly primary school, required full time from December 2024 (or as soon after as possible - we will consider a January start for the right candidate).

The post is a maternity cover position teaching in our Year 4 class. You would be joining a school that is passionate about achieving the best for our children, providing for their wellbeing and academic outcomes. They need someone who is equally passionate, kind, creative and with a positive 'can-do' attitude. Finding the right person for our pupils is our priority.

- Our children have asked for someone who can bring enthusiasm and a sense of humour to help them do their best and enjoy their learning.
- You will be working in a large classroom within our KS2 team, which is well resourced, set in spacious grounds, and supported by a class-based TA.
- You will be joining a friendly and supportive team who work together to meet the needs of all our children.
- We can offer a desire to achieve success for all, pupils and staff, so we have a culture of professional development and support from an experienced team.
- We have children who are enthusiastic about their learning, respectful and kind in their relationships, and parents and Governors who are supportive and engaged.
- We aim to provide a diverse and inclusive school, reflective of our school's commitment to nurture, resilience and achievement for all.
