Sauncey Wood are looking to appoint a reflective and curious teacher who has high expectations of themself and of the children they teach.
We are looking for a teacher who is committed to their own professional development and to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate would be supportive of our therapeutic approach to behaviour management..
We have fabulous children, a welcoming staff team, supportive parents and governors, a new Headteacher who is very ambitious for what the school can achieve and extensive grounds that provide a wealth of opportunities.
All teachers, once they have successfully completed their first year of being an ECT, are subject leaders. In your application, please state the subject(s) you feel you could lead across our school.

- Is passionate about providing high quality and engaging teaching that will support our pupils in being curious about the world in which they live

- Is a reflective pracitioner who takes a keen interest in their own continuing professional development
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
