About the role
Swing Gate Infant School and Nursery are looking to recruit a Breakfast Club Assistant.
Breafast Club is open to children attending Swing Gate Infant School and Nursery from Nursery class through to Year 2. This position will be term time only Tuesday - Thursday 07:15 - 08:45.
We provide a high quality Breakfast Club which meets the needs of children and their parents/carers. Children are safe and happy in an environment where they can have breakfast and fun before school.
Candidates most suited to the post will have:
• a commitment to child protection/safeguarding
• experience of working with 3-7 year olds in a play or primary education environment or experience of working in a school club setting
• effective communication and organisational skills
• ability to establish and maintain good relationships with all members of the school community
• positive and enthusiastic attitude to play
• a commitment to undertake training and continuing professional development.
