After School Club Manager

About the role

We are very excited to offer this new opportunity to join our team. The role of After School Club/Wrap Around Manager is key to helping us achieve our vision to grow our wrap around provision at Great Gaddesden school.

The role is for 15 hours per week (3:00-6:00pm Monday to Friday) and initially will be fixed term as we launch this new initiative. 

Great Gaddesden CE VA Primary School is a small school with a big heart and we are looking for the right person to support the growth of our wrap around provision. We are looking for someone who has relevant experience and qualifications to lead our wrap around provision. It is essential for the post holder to be highly organised, passionate about providing excellent provision for our children, able to use ICT and different systems as well as being creative and solution focussed.

We pride ourselves on having a warm family-feel and our After School Club/Wrap Around Manager will support children across our school and liaise with their families. We are a successful school and we recently were ranked in the Top 30 of small schools nationally (Sunday Times Good School Guide, 2025)
