About the role
We are looking to appoint a friendly, organised and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team, in a highly rewarding position in Radlett and St Albans.
This role will involve planning and delivering daily activities to encourage the children’s all-round development and enjoyment in a safe, caring environment. The role also includes making a light tea for the children.
The hours will be Monday to Thursday, 2.30-6.00pm, term time only (holiday club hours will be available)
Salary £10.00-£12.21 per hour, according to age, qualification and experience.
A Level 2 childcare qualification, or experience in childcare, would be an advantage as well as having relevant supervisory and management experience.
The ideal candidate will have passed courses in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene, or are willing to undertake the qualifications. Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) would also be of benefit.
