About the role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised, proactive, caring Administrator, with a positive attitude to join our friendly Templewood team.
The successful candidate will be one of the first points of contact in the school and confidentiality, initiative, accuracy and an ability to work under pressure is essential.
We are looking for someone join our office team with the hours Thursday and Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm and one morning 8:30am - 1:00pm. The morning could be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. The position is term time only and the salary is prorated accordingly.
Our pupils are a pleasure to teach and want to learn. We embrace a therapeutic approach to supporting our children and understand that all behaviour is communication. We prioritise building positive relationships with our children and get to know them as individuals.
You will be joining a supportive and dedicated team with training available. Templewood was judged to be Good in December 2023. You would be joining a school that has been on a rapid journey of school improvement continuing to strive to be the best it can be.
We are keen to hear from candidates who enjoy working in a school environment where the needs of the children are their priority, as well as being ambitious and supportive of our school ethos.
Previous experience of working in a school is not essential for this role, but would be an advantage.
