1:1 Teaching Assistant - working with pupils with SEND/Medical Needs

About the role

Strathmore is a popular community school with our pupils at the heart of everything we do.  We are looking for someone to join our team of support staff to support pupils with SEND and/or medical needs. All training will be provided. Hours flexible - please see job description for more information. 

Applicants should have experience of working with children, individually or as classroom support, including previous experience of supporting those with additional needs. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, relating well to both children and adults, and have GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).  They will come to work each day with a smile, be creative and flexible in their approaches and determined to provide the best for each child they work with.

School hours are 8.45am - 3.15pm. Salary will be paid on the H2 or H3 scale, £22737 - £23893 pro-rata, according to qualification and experience. Fleixble days can be offered for this role.
