Mason joined the team in July 2024, bringing with him a wealth of expertise shaped by his firsthand experience in school settings. As a former School Office Manager, Mason managed the daily operations of the school office and led on school recruitment, giving him valuable insight into the recruitment needs and challenges that schools face when building their teams.
In his role with the Leadership Recruitment Service at HFL Education, Mason will draw on this experience to support schools in appointing exceptional leaders to their new roles.
